A woman in her sixties was seriously injured after being struck by a motorcycle in south Belfast on Thursday.
The collision between the pedestrian and the motorcycle happened close to St Jude’s Church on the Ormeau Road around 5.15pm.
Police are appealing for information following the collision.
“Shortly after 5:15pm, it was reported that a woman in her 60s was struck by a motorcycle,” a police spokesperson said.
“The woman, who was a pedestrian, was taken to hospital for treatment for her injuries which are described as serious.
“Enquiries are continuing and police would appeal to anyone with any information or who may have dash-cam footage available from the scene, to contact them on 101 quoting reference number 1246 16/01/25.”
