Can I subscribe for specific days e.g. can I read it every Thursday for a month?

Sorry, no. Each digital subscription gives readers full access to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Can I share my subscription with anyone else?

Your subscription gives you access on up to 5 devices simultaneously so you can share with your family.

I already have an online subscription. Do I have to pay again to access the website?

Can I subscribe to the family notices only?

Sorry, no. Each digital subscription gives readers full access to which includes the family notices.

What if I don’t want to subscribe — can I still read for free?

Registered readers can enjoy up to 5 free articles (including blog posts, slide shows and other multimedia features) each week on Your free, limited access resets every 7 days.

If I go back and read an article I’ve already read, will that count toward my weekly limit?

If you view an article you have already read in the current month, it will not count again toward your weekly limit.

What are the cancellation rights of Online-Only Subscriptions?

  1. If your subscription does not include newspaper deliveries, then by placing your order for a subscription you agree that we may start your subscription immediately upon receipt of payment.
  2. This means that you are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind after we have provided you with access to your subscription. You may notify us of your intention to cancel at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.

When you cancel, we will stop charging your account in the following billing cycle. Therefore your access will continue for the remainder of your current billing period.

How do I change my personal details e.g. credit card?
