Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash in Antrim.
The collision, understood to involve a lorry and a motorbike, happened shortly before 9.34am in Antrim’s Steeple Road area.
Police have closed part of the Steeple Road and a spokesperson said: “Diversions are in place at the junction of Rough Lane and motorists should avoid the area at this time.”
A spokesperson for the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service said two emergency crews were despatched to the scene, along with a doctor and a rapid response vehicle.
“No patients were taken from the scene,” they added.
DUP councillor and deputy mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Paul Dunlop, said: “My thoughts are with those involved in the collision as we await further details, and I would urge drivers to avoid the Steeple Road area as police remain at the scene.”
