The Ballynahinch Road in Lisburn is closed due to a car crash at its junction with Saintfield Road.
Emergency services are at the scene and motorists are advised to seek an alternative route.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Motorists are advised that the Old Ballynahinch Road, Lisburn, is currently closed at its junction with Saintfield Road, due to a collision.
“Please see an alternative route for your journey.”
