A 77-year-old woman killed after being struck by a car in Co Antrim has been named by police.
Carole Graham, from the Newtownabbey area, died following the collision in the Antrim Road area of Glengormley shortly before 5pm on Monday.
PSNI Roads Policing Inspector Cherith Adair said the car involved was a white Kia Sportage, and that detectives from the force’s Collision Investigation Unit are examining the circumstances of the collision.
”We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed what happened or who has CCTV, dash-cam or other footage which could assist with enquiries, to contact police on 101 quoting reference number 1168 13/01/25,” she said.

In a separate incident at around 6.15pm on Monday, a woman in her 80s was seriously injured after she was struck by a car in the Doagh Road area of Newtownabbey.
She was taken to hospital.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Anyone with information, including dashcam footage, is asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference 1306 of 13/01/25.”
