Oasis fans planning a Dublin stay for their 2025 reunion could have to ‘roll with it’ as just 3% of hotels across the city were available for the anticipated gigs at Croke Park next summer.

Noel and Liam Gallagher announced they will reunite for the first time in 15 years for a series of show, including two at Croke Park in August 2025, and hotel prices have already shot up.

Fans can get their hands on tickets for the Oasis Live 25 tour from Saturday, but ‘some might say’ booking a room might not be as easy.

Rooms are being snapped up and on Tuesday afternoon Booking.com said 97% of places to stay are unavailable for the dates through its website.

Travellers can book up to 16 months in advance on the website, but some hotels have a window of six months for bookings.

The Lansdowne has not released its availability from February 2025, but have made the 16 and 17 August 2025 available at £263 per night on a room only basis.

The twin room was cheapest hotel available, while The Shelbourne, Autograph Collection will set you back £1,783 for a large one bedroom king suite for the night.

Just 21 hotel properties were available, along with three guest houses with prices ranging from £406 - £525 per night.

Fans quickly took to social media, with one claiming prices have doubled across the city for next summer’s concert dates.

A spokesperson for the The Irish Hotels Federation said more rooms will become available over the coming months.

“The vast majority of Irish hotels would have only a small amount of rooms available through third party booking engines this far out,” they said.

“This means that there is currently very limited availability on these sites given the dates for the concerts are almost a year away.

“More rooms will become available over the coming months.

“In the meantime, we would encourage people looking to book at this stage to shop around and consider contacting hotels directly either through their own websites or by phone to enquire about rates and to get the best value.”

The ‘Wonderwall’ duo will perform at Croke Park on the 16 and 17 of August 2025.
