A man is due in court charged with possession of a firearm in suspicious circumstances in a Co Derry village.
Detectives responded following the report of a man with a handgun in the Dungiven area on Monday.
The 47-year-old was charged with a number of offences, including possession of a firearm in suspicion circumstances.
He is due to appear before Limavady Magistrates Court on Wednesday, June 11.
