A man has been arrested after five cars were damaged in Derry city centre.
The 35-year-old was detained on suspicion of criminal damage following a report to police at around 11pm on Thursday that a male was kicking wing mirrors off of cars in the Magazine Street area.
It is believed at least five cars sustained damage.
The man remained in custody on Friday.
