Man (62) due in court after Enniskillen arrest for voyeurism

A 62-year-old man is due in court today after being arrested for voyeurism in Enniskillen.

Police investigated a report of suspicious activity at a commercial premises on Monday afternoon.

The man was arrested on Tuesday and charged with voyeurism.

He is due to appear before Dungannon Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.

All charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service in line with normal procedure.

Officers in Enniskillen have thanked members of the local community for helping to identify the suspect which allowed the matter to be dealt with “swiftly.”

“We would remind the public that the further publication of information in relation to this matter could potentially create a risk of impeding or prejudicing court proceedings.”
