A 36-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman have been charged with the murder of Mark Dorrian in Newtownards on Thursday.
They are due to appear before Downpatrick Magistrates Court on Monday, December 30.
The man and woman had been arrested on suspicion of murder alongside another woman, aged 58, after Mr Dorrian was found unconscious with head injuries on Thursday.
He later died in hospital.
Police say the 58-year-old woman has been released unconditionally.
